Before specialising in Classical Pilates, I built my Personal Trainer career working with clients across every age and fitness level.

For my Pilates teacher certification, I went back to the source, training in a classical lineage that traces back directly to Joseph Pilates through Romana Krizanowska and Inelia Garcia, becoming a third generation Pilates teacher.

I teach the complete Contrology method - Mat, Reformer and the full range of apparatus - at the studio or at your home - combined with fitness training tailored to your body, history and goals.
